Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept PayPal. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and BANK credit cards.
Shipping Time. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your order.
Shipping Methods. All jewelry orders over $75.00 are shipped Priority Mail with a confirmation number. Jewelry orders under $75.00 are shipped First Class Mail with a confirmation number to track your item. You will receive an email with your confirmation number the day your package is shipped to you.
Please Note. Items on this site are not drop shipped from the supplier. When you order an item it takes 3-4 business days for us to receive your order, then we ship your package which takes an additional 2-3 business days for Priority Mail and 5-6 business days for First Class Mail.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any jewelry is missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers' Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return jewelry to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, please request a Return Authorization Number to return your item.
Return Merchandise Policy. We offer a money back guarantee on all jewelry offered at SilverStones. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your item within fourteen days to receive your refund, orders placed in December for Christmas has a return time of twenty-one days. We will refund the amount of your purchase minus the re-stocking fee or a portion of the cost when ordering more than one item when you use PayPal as the payment option. This same policy applies for refunds when using a credit card through PayPal. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You must email the refund request to support@silverstones.net (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. There is a $15.00 re-stocking fee on returned items to cover the shipping cost on items that are not listed in-stock.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
Refunds
Your payment will be refunded in full in the event the item you ordered has been discontinued. We will contact you if your item is out-of-stock to inquire if you want to place your item on back order or have your money refunded.
